Rambling May How can i get it!

first i must say iam not good in english,

I hope one person can help me with a Guide to get the Shot Rambling May.

Momently i play on the - psobb!

My problem is that i dont find any guide for this weapon. The only one i have found is the information of psoworld to get the weapon on the quest White Day on Very hard Mode. But in the Quest Description i havent see anything about it.

Private server name is not alowed here.

Item is only obtainable in events that actually make it avaiable, it's not a normal drop or a quest item.
