i beat mt and df on hard but no super mode?

By my understanding you need to clear all the quests on hard mode before you'll have the option to play super hard mode.

A total of 14 quests, and no matter what people tell you you DO NOT need to do the secret cake shop quest. So just go in order from the first to the last, maybe make a check list, and make sure to save every time after you beat a quest :D
