Д is でー (cyrillic alphabet). I thought converting はこ or maybe かお made faces like that as well?
As for the other, ちょっとアイテム買ってきます！ or something will do. You can vary a lot though. Just put anything like it on a shortcut and you'll be fine.

While slightly blunt,　買物中です (kaimonochuu desu) works.
