Is Shizuru's partner card obatinable?

Just trying to figure out if you can get Shizuru's partner card or not. Is it possible?

Yeah, you get it from the true ending. S-rank the story missions, do the the three side story missions (?), get the dialogue (psp2.psupedia.info/Story_missions) right and redo ch.10.
