getting to SH

i have just a few questions on how to get to SH, (just to make sure about the facts when the time comes)

1. u need to finish all quests on hard and thats it? do u need a lvl requirement as well?

2. if and when i finaly find the cake shop if i find it on normal and just let it sit there till i can do hard lvl's will it carry over once u finish the game

3. how rare is this damn cake shop >< i've run the vally lots of times in normal and no sight of it....

For offline super hard there is no level requirement, you just need to finish all the hard quests. You can even leave the normal quests, they don't matter.

The cake quest will just sit there until you are ready to do it, on whatever difficulty you want.

I found the cake shop in the valley after about 25 runs. I didn't do quests, I just did the normal area runs because you get a better drop rate. I don't know if an improved drop rate means you have more of a chance of finding the cake shop, but I did it just in case.
