I did some hunting on the net and found out that if you do a mission that starts halfway at the inbetween point you can never get an arena (Nuts!) but could you still get the rare version of whatever big nasty pertains to that zone? I have seen the boosted variants but havent done it enough to see if the rare still spawns.
So you can't change a 10 meseta rare's natural element (if it has one) of course but can a 10 rare that doesn't normally have an element spawn with one?
