Starting Mag Colors

What's up, people!?! ^^
I just wanted to ask because I've never tried this...

When you buy a Mag at the Sewer Shop, will its color be constant as it was as you created the character to keep it?

From my experience from remaking mags, everytime the shops reroll the mags do too, you can always keep reseting or mass buy to get the color you want but their nature for that color will be the same until the shops reroll again.
i.e. I wanted a blue offensive type one time and every time I got that blue it was special type, which confirmed my theory so you just gotta go do a mission or something then come back and try again to get the nature along with the color.
