Mag Help

I'm raising a pure mind mag, and I'm feeding it mono- and di- fluids along with force weapons. I searched up the PSOW mag feeding guide, and it told me that different tiers with different rarities reduce different amounts of the power stat, which comes with fluids. I understand it rarities part, but I'm at a loss of the tier part. How do you find the tier of a weapon? How can fluids have 4 tiers if it only comes in mono, di, and tri fluids? Can someone explain this to me, or give me a totally different pure mind raising guide?

its the star rating + the lv of ur mag
for a pure mag its a Tier 3 (Evolves at Level 30) cuz its pure it dun have a 4th tier its much easier to feed it force weps cuz it gets the mag through the lv's fast then with just fluids

basicly if u say have a 5 star with the 3rd Evolvsion gives the mag +5 to the coloured bar

Stars = item rarity
Tier refers to the mag. Look at the mag evolution guide, to see what mags are from what tier.
