Weapon Question

You see how weapons have Native, Beast, Etc?
I was wondering what the max was for a Milias Breaker because I keep on finding a 0/0/0/x one.

I'll never understand why everyone is so obsessed with that weapon.

Anyway, any weapon in the game can drop with whatever percentages. It's just much more likely to drop with all zeroes or some crappy bonus in only 1 percent than it is to drop with good bonuses.
