SH mode

So i have achieved SH on one character. But the quests on my new character dont show the new. Do i still have to do them all in order to achieve SH mode or is it a certain lvl ?

You'll have to unlock them on each char.

you need to do all hard mode quests with the new character... including tower

That is for offline play correct? For online play you can just hit lvl 60 and do SH ?

Yes it's for offline only.
But you can only do Eternal Tower offline.

yes you need to do all hard quest to unlock SH on that character and everytime for each character. you do not have to do quest in order but since they lack the "New" label you had on your first character, i recommend you do so

to unlock SH online, all you need to do is reach lvl 60 for that character. but as you no, you can't play SH ET online
