Online Problem. Help please !?!

So I can only go on Free Play and i add people for play with friends and they never show up. All of them just have a grey box next to them. Can anyone help ??

The gray box normally just indicates that your friends are not on when you are. People are not always active, so try checking back during peak times (like nights and weekends) and seeing if any of your friends' boxes are colored. Either do that or try to arrange a specific time to play with someone and see if that works.

I do see you online, so I don't think it should be a problem... unless you're just getting errors joining in a group?

Also sometimes flashcart users have problem with joining players online because they cant see who is online.

I don't see anyone which we both do add the FC online. I might try to enter more FC and see if its working or not.
