Level up Class Rank?

I'm a level 80 Cast. And my job class is only level ten. When I go through missions I only get 30-45 mission points. Is there a way where I can get more. Or is it a long process.

Class leveling is meant to be a long process in this game, so there's no way to make it fast. However, multiplayer extra missions have much higher MP yields. Specifically, the classics give the most (Egg Thieves, Her Secret Mission, Bruce's Dungeon). The concert themed missions give around double the MP of a free mission and the classic three give around triple.
