Which Mission spawns the most Stingies?

Since Plains Overlord has only 5 I began to wonder if the others with this particular enemy have more?
Also Does an enemy's level affect how often it will its rarest item?

Stingies only appear in Plains Overlord, Mad Beasts and Crimson Beast I believe, so try all three and see which is best. They also appear in PSO Forest if I recall correctly...

Level at least affects it at every new drop tier (I think the previous 'rare' drops start dropping more commonly)
