Yep, it's true...
I played in the caves on HARD (YEAH! HARD!)
And I got 3 rares within a span of an hour. Online on the other hand, when I make a game, I find a bunch of bull shyt like Ultimate Shields and the like...
Try playing offline for a little bit...you'd be suprised at the stuff you will find...
