Infinite Storm(New Saber PA)

Does anyone know where to find infinite storm? I'm looking for a higher lvl of it and i just wanna know which stage(s) it drops on. Thats if anyone rembers....

It should be on parum considering PAs seem to drop on the planets it originates from, but otherwise i dont know.

Train Rescue, and the place where you fight some SEED Ardites at the end.

Yup, rank will just affect the Lv of the PA.
