Should I wait untill LEVEL 100 to eat Materials?

I have 100 HP Mats I want to eat, but shouldnt I wait utill my level is maxed? Get as much naturally, then go for maximum HP, that way I dont MAX before 100 incase...

Anybody know?

there is no max for any skill.... use any mat you want at any time

There's 2 reasons why you can if you want in this version:

1) Stats don't cap.
2) Reset Material allows you to start over on material usage.

There is no maximum to stats, and the stats to each character is static. That means, at lvl 100 your BASE stats will not differ from any other character of the same type. So yes, using hp mats early will have no difference compared to using it later. Your hp will still be: BASE hp + 200 hp.
