question about area drops!

idk if there is or if there has ever been a thread about this topic, and if there is then I apolagize-

anyways, my question is, does every hostile in the area have the same drop rate for the area drop? for example in rioh snowfield on SH the area drop is the hunter shell, but does a usanny have the same chance of dropping it as say a hildegao?

Oh, this is about the Area Drops such as Guhracia Valley's Stage Outfit or Goof Swatter.

The shurikens are of course, an exception to that. They are dropped only by a specific hostile, hence, Area Drops are items that drop from ALL hostiles of that area.
