Arkharz Soul

So i've been hunting for my arkharz soul, and I've done normal mode tower twice now and not a single soul :-?

I was wondering two things...

First, what color is the soul when it flys out of the box. I dunno if i'm looking for a green, red, blue, or gold item, and i'd like to speed up my grind ny running past items i know it isn't.

Second, I was wondering how long til you guys got your arkharz soul. I have a feeling i'm just getting really unlucky in my search.

I have a game up, i haven't played with friends online before though, I've only done freeplay so I dunno if I need to do anything after I added you to my friend roster.

I should prob double check my FC number is right too.

are you useing an R4 or an dstt? a flashcart for ds?

thats why, you cant connect with other players other than on freeplay unless you get a patched PSZ rom.

thats also why you havent gotten any rare souls is because nothing good drops when your using a flashcart, its an anti piracy thing sega put on the game. so to get past that your gonna have to find a patch for your phantasy star game.

Makes sense, though i've been lucky with other drops like weapons and armor, I have some decent 7* weapons. But I'll try to find the patch anyways, thanks d3st

trust me, after you get a patched version drops will be SO much better, my friend has an r4 and his drops was crap until he downloaded the patch. try searching for "Phantasy star Zero xenophobia" i think thats what its called.
