Accuracy issue on SH

When I first started playing with my FOmar (currently lvl 70), I thought a mind-based mag would be good. Now that I'm seeing that my accuracy will be only 400 some by lvl 100 with a Psycho Wand, I am beginning to realize that I should invest in a Hit mag.

I have yet to use any Materials, so I'm debating whether or not I should spam Hit Mats.

Any other FOmar users with tips on what to raise/not to raise?

In general, you should add to your hit first with mags or units (mags are better, though). If you still need more, consider mats.

You only need hit, if you're a slicer using force, I believe.

Techs always hit.

if you used lvl 15 zalure, you probably wont need any hit

I don't see why you need hit if your going with wands/techs o.O?, I mean yes if you were using slicers then you would need lots more hit xD.
