How rare is Starlight?

I say a bit more rarer than getting a Grand Chariot from the Bullbatt.
I got mine on Heaven's Mother, so it's only a guess.

I say its at least kind of rare, I have never gotten one or went on a run with someone who found one.

I got one in ET, from a Batt.

I've never gotten one myself but I know someone who has it.Its hard to tell if its rare or not since you don't have a baseline data on how many people have it,you could probably do a poll but the margin of error is big since lots of factors are still unknown.

I have two or three of them. Try hunting in the Shrine level.

I actually just found one in SH ET, on my first run. Only on floor 6, so far.

Probably very lucky to find it so early on though.
