Is there any way to permanently increase a weapon's element level? Can non-rare weapons be found with more than level 3 elements?

You can use an Element Boost (Rare Unit) to heighten any of your Element levels by 1, however, it can't be stacked.

As for non-rare weapons, yes, they can be found with more than 3, say 4 or 5.

Limits, meaning other weapons can't reach an Element level of 5.

Of course, if they are ultra rares (10 Meseta) that exception may be exceeded.

Thanks for the reply. How can I find weapons with higher e-levels? Does it generally increase with star value, or can 1-star weapons have elements of 4 or 5?

Oh, Element levels don't depend on how rare the weapons are (Stars), they just drop and THEN have the set level of Elements automatically.

And as you go to either Hard or Super Hard, non-rare weapons with good Element levels are easier to find.
