Neutral? Elemental % is the most important part of your armor. You're leaving defense on the table if you're not wearing elemental armor. Again.... Neutral is pure laziness!

Typically Yes, But with an armour so expensive with any % over like 20, it's easier to buy just one at neutral until they're easily found or atleast more easy
