can I atleast get the dlc missions

Download...that is connected to getting "Online".

I guess the you meant the Trading mission? If so, then yes...the actual missions I don't know.

Im sure youc an only get them by getting online, since they dowload automatically when you get online. So DLing them is...I don't know.

You can get the DLC missions even if your using CFW. Just click the website option on the title screen (where is says continue and web site and import etc.) and you can download them from the site. You can also go to the website on your pc, download the file and transfer it to your psp.
