I found one in PS:P1, and PS:P2.

In PS:P1 it drops off the boss boxes in the mission with Alterazgohg at the end.

In PS:P2, the sorcerers drop it. They are called Komazli. Not sure the Japanese name.
But click this (http://www.pso-world.com/beastiary/psu/1/106/komazli/), too see what they look like.
The mission you see them in is like Sakura Blast, but again, I don't know the Japanese name.
