Thanks for the offer, but I don't have w-fi access so I'm doing everything solo. I'll probably just run through ET on Hard until I get one.

Dude Im totally gonna do that. Hard mode drops techs up to level 12. SH drops them up to 15... So yeah, hard mode would probably be best.

I remember getting a lot of level 12 and lower techs when I did Hard ET for mission completion so i probably tossed a couple level 10 Zondes along the way since I only just now noticed I was only up to level 9.

I have found all of the LV.10 techs but resta, and have been in Super for a long time. I think I might go to hard to search for this also.
