Mag 60 Evol

want to get the right infomation before i get my mag to 60 if my mags pure Mind and has a bit of Guard but still 0 will it turn into a Feo or will i have to have at least 1 point in guard?

If your mag has only mind then it won't evolve at level 60.
If you give it guard after 60 it will evolve, unless you have used a soul on it.

it needs a full level to become a Feo, partial don't cut it and it'll stay 3 tier

Yea *Pure* mag's dont evolve at 60.
