Ok..impossible to get the arena in the shrine and plant?

Is it just me or is it impossible to get the arena in the shrine and plant? I've run them a million times and no luck.

Side Note: How many Garapython Fangs u got? I got 459.

Side Side Note: What exactly are Tier (#) effects, or what effects does each encompass like the ones listed in the elemental attributes guide.

yea, 3 arkzeins in the arena at once can be intense.

I have 4 fangs. I always sell them.

My exact pretenses were under that article under the listings of the Chaos Attribute. Like would Tier 5 truly encompass all effects as to Tier 1 only using 4 attributes?

I've gotten Arena in Shrine around 2-3 times out of 15 runs, All of which were online.

I have actually been to the arena at least twice for each map, about the only thing I am good at finding. (Zero good drops from arenas though)
About 90 python fangs, don't even know why I keep them

i've gotten plenty of Arenas on ALL the stages, on both of my max characters.

also Tier # for the Chaos elements refers to what level element it procs. ie: Chaos 5 procs Tier 5 elements. Chaos have a chance to proc Zalure so Chaos 5 will proc Zalure 5, the Tier 5 element of Zalure which has a significantly greater effect than Zalure 1

It decreases enemy ATP/MST/ATA (Jellen) and Resistances/DFP/EVP (Zalure) by 10% more than what Force can do with the level 15 techs (since levels 11-15 only inflict a level 3 status effect); Force's level 11-15 Jellen/Zalure reduce enemy stats to 80% of what they were, whereas level 5 (such as from a weapon's elemental proc of Jell/Zalure with a level of 5) would lower them to 70%.

I have never gotten the arena in the plant or shrine but I have gotten over 200 fangs.

I have gotten the arena in the shrine and plant at least once now. I got a rock though in both cases.
