problems by changing DS ???

im gonna upgrade soon my DS lite to the DSi XL
i know the game is saved on the gamecard but if i change the DS does this result in any problems with the online gaming? like friendcode or sth...

You get a new Friend code when you go online with a different DS, so... yes.

Speaking of codes I wonder exactly how they do it. Is it based on DS macaddr or ealier come, earlier get (as far as generations of DS go)

Just Transfer your Ds's Wi-fi data. If you check Options on the Wifi menu then Transfer. I beileve that would work.

its a lil bit annoying that i have to give everyone the new friendcode then but i havent played alot online yet so it isnt a big deal.
