Best and most efficient place to get items???

Eternal tower is the place with all enemies except bosses but it is dull and long. what is the best place to get items???

2) Find enemy and difficulty the item drops.

Some items only show up in certain difficulties and maps. Some only show up in ET and/or under certain difficulties.

Don't forget about trading. If you can find some good people to trade with, then take advantage of that.

well depending on what you're looking for, you can try that designated area. ET is not the best place for items but if you're looking for rares in general (what you want or trade material) its the best place to be since you're bound to find at least one good rare every 3 runs (exaggeration)

ET mothers drop rares most of the time but mothers don't drop everything in the game, their are something you can find only in ET and others you can only find elsewhere.

there is no sure fire way to get the things you want in this game besides farming and hoping for the best.
