Sneak Mine PA. how dose it do damage. i've used it 2 times but it never did any damage. how do i use it so it dose do damage.

The PA works approximately around the place where you initiate it and as wide as to where the first explosion is. In other words, do not lock onto the enemy while you're using this. Just work right by the enemy without locking and you'll find out where it inflicts.
