BTW, I wouldn't complain. It varies from person to person, and it may have to do with no one wanting to do what you wanted to do, or rather they want to do what he wants to do more than what you might want to because s/he's being more specific, maybe.

And yes, I believe there is a board for party-finding. Could be wrong, but I think it's stickied at the top, titled "PLAYER MATCHUP". <_<

Party Matching. There is a link to it on the PSZ board as a subsection, since it's almost exclusively used by PSZ players.
You could also just ask around and make friends to play with.
