is a sinow spigells a rare version of a sinow berill? if so can you get any body parts from it?

No, they're different enemies. And as far as I know, you can't get a body part from them.

Well, as an analogy...

Sinow Beat > Sinow Gold
Sinow Blue > Sinow Red
Sinow Berill > Sinow Spigell
Sinow Zoa > Sinow Zele

They do not have parts - It'd be way too unfair if they did, since their S/D is higher than level 20!
