PA Saves?

I found two level 3 pa saves. Do these stack and are they worth anything?

No they don't stack, and they aren't worth too much because they aren't too terribly rare. You'll most likely find a few without even looking for them.

They aren't worth much trade value but one of them will greatly help if you PA spam...
