Weapons with HIT!!!

How are weapons with hit obtained? Is it random or does it depend on how much LCK you have on your character?

Increases Critical Hit Rate and less chance to be hit by critical strikes.

Luck, as stated above, defines your chances at a critical hit. Every 5 points of Luck increase your Critical Hit Ratio by 1.25%:
10 / 4 = 2.5% of each hit becoming Critical
20 / 4 = 5% of each hit becoming Critical

From this you can figure out the rest of the chances at each interval of 10, and 5 if you need it.

No rates in the data table whatsoever tells that. Enemies have a fixed rate at which they infilict a critical on you.
