Hello everyone, I am just wondering if there is such thing as a weapon that can have a percentage against (Creature type/hit) that is over 55% that is legit. Now I have noticed that rares normally don't have good percents (atleast not for me) I have a good weapon, with 2 -5%'s heh, I wish I had known you could keep tekking it until the % went up before I took the tek.
