If you play where I think you do, its an Olga Flow drop. It used to come from ANH, but the reward is bugged.

Edit the name out of your post before a mod notices, we can't use names here. And since you do play there, either buy it or start killing Olga Flow. If you do decide to hunt it, check Brownskiii for the drop charts to see if you can get it.
