techniques and duration of trap vision

one of my characters is a FOmar and i want to know how i can find techniques disks lv 10 and above(lv 11,12,13,14,15).

which monsters drop techniques?

and how long is the duration of the trap vision?

Trap Vision, a nice step-up from PSO. It lasts until you leave the area (go back to the city). Very handy.

trap vision will also run out if you have a cutscene during story mode
