Where can I get tech discs??

I am already a lv80 HUmar and my wife is lv66 FOmar.
We've been playing together all the way to SH now.
I've also cleared hard ET in single mode to enable SH in single mode
However, the only tech disc we saw drop from enemy was a megid lv9
All other techs were bought from the store, so no shift, deband, jell, etc, and also no higher level zonde, barta, foie.
Where can I get those tech discs?
I've already got several 7 star weapons and armors, along with 4 slot pizza.
So the drop rate should not be the problem.

they should drop very easy unless ur useing a flashcart, if ur not then u should get tech drops from any run that u do, normal/H & SH

You need to play a legit copy to get the tech drops. That's all I'll say on the matter.

Well, then how common are the lv15 discs drops if the drop rate is right?

lv 15's only drop in SH (super hard) which bother u and ur wife can play at now online, they drop not as much as the lowers tech but u do get them

tech disks shouldn't be too rare . i found all the techs i need for both of my characters a long time ago and now i have a another full set of 15's and 10's. every mob in the game allegedly has a chance to drop discs. SH yields the best results
