Has anyone found a use for the PROTO REGEN GEAR?

yeah i though the same thing when i got my second one...it really sux and you need to be l.66 or something i am level 98 and have better armor than that but if ne one could shed some light on a possible meaniung to this armor that ocuild help

The meaning of the shield is that PROTO is short for PROTOTYPE. It's in development stages and doesn't actually work. It also can't be upgraded, as far as I know, since all three versions can be found. If you find the REGENERATE GEAR, that one works whenever an attack is blocked. If you find the REGENE GEAR ADV, that one works full-time, I think. Either way, all three of them have low stats and aren't worth the trouble for level 66 shields.

She pretty much summed it up. I've only found Regen Gear, and I didn't even need it as I had Celestial.

I think PROTO speaks for itself, and did not need an explanation. But at least you cleared up any doubts about it's usage. Guess i'll just give them away.
