I'm a little comfused about how to use this, do I need a Genesis mag to use the kit, or just a lvl 90 mag?

Kit of Sega Saturn,
(Mark 3 OR Master System OR Genesis),
Lv 90 MAG, Character Lv 90+,
MAG Lv req fluctuates depending on character Lv.
