Apparently, I'm not joking...

It's not groundbreaking or anything, but it's there. Just for the record, the Wii still doesn't output in 1080p.

Oh and uh, sorry for posting a link to IGN. Don't know how anyone feels about the site.

Guess the biggest question is... does anyone care now?

It's like an artificial HD experience!

$75 is a little steep for a fake HD(lol).

Hmm....seems like they are going Microsoft with this thing, meaning they want to charge a ridiculous price for something they don't have to.
(The wireless adapter thing for the Xbox 360, yea way overpriced).

$75?! That's like Super Mario Galaxy 2 and 2000 Wii Points! Who would waste money on this when they could just get the regular "HD" 480p cables for like $15 bucks?

I hate expensive accessories...wireless adapters, bluetooth headsets, controllers, hdmi cables....its all way overpriced.

Depends where you buy them at. Online they're dirt cheap but in stores they rip you off. *cough*Best Buy*cough*

What's sad is, employees at Best Buy get their cables for next to nothing.

Best place to get cheap HDMI cables is http://www.monoprice.com

They have all types of grades of cables for in-wall and out-of-wall installations. Dirt cheap too.

The Wii will never be fully HD because from my understanding, NONE of the games output at 720p - none of the Wii games' graphics were drawn at 720p either.

Hence why in terms of graphics, the Wii is the weakest system by far compared to the X360 and PS3.

The wii is basically a low spec power-pc. The emulator for it plays games in full speed if you have a good system. And you can set the resolution really high if you have a great system. Most of the games on wii aren`t worth it any way.
