wifi nintendo key help!

i cant use my wifi nintendo key..I just install it on my pc but when I disconnect internet and swicht off the pc, after remove the key, the next time I try to connect it all my pc get freeze and theres nothing i can do..:( I have installed the key perfectly and I got no problems with firewalls and antivirus..can any1 help? thanks..

tried but no answers at the moment..:( for now i dont know why but it works I hope il will continue like this :O anyway I added u cos im in europe too and I have only 1 hour difference with uk :)

the problem seems to be resolved, obviously wothout assistance :/ but now..another problem! i cant see no1 of my friends online when they are..and they dont see me..friend codes correct but as i said is like if im invisible and the others to me :/ any ideas? thanks
