100% and not all weapons

Hey I have a question. My brother has 100% wands, but he never had Al Azif, Zero Cane, Starlight and Heavy Dumbell. So what´s up with this??

Does that Achievement count only drops? - If so it could've been overrun by Novelty weapons.. (Such as the Dumbbell), that my only guess.

I guess your brother got the wands from the vending machine. The wands from there (GameMaster, NintendoPower etc) count toward the % collection but they are not a must have. I mean let say someone has gotten all of the wands but not from the vending machine so it will still be 100%. Just think of the vending machine weapons help push the % weapons collection.

The maximum % of weapons found is 105%

100% for non-10 meseta- weapons. 103% (If I remember correctly) WITh the 10 meseta weapons. 105% with the JP only weapons. (YES, you can trade with a japanese game)
