When you get hit, there's a feather effect. Similar to the Serafi-Senba when you block, but more feathers, and all the time.

Yea, what Majarra said, it gives you +4 Sta/End.
There's better units out there, but it's still not as bad as the base stats on the character.

Whittil Wing (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/3/932/whitill_wing/) only gives you 3 END, but IMO it looks cooler than some feathers.
Unless you're in a rappy suit, then the Rappy Mode looks awesome.

You hear it tweet, and see feathers constantly falling off.
It's quite awesome. For about 10 minutes.


END/STA determines how easily insta-kill and status attacks kills you/freeze/stun whatever or not each time it hits you.
