is soul eater gettable on bb, if so, do u get it by just playing the quests on single player ty in advance

Yes, quests on single player.
Try to do them all at once in the same ship

The issue with the flags has been fixed for months now. It doesn't matter.

Oh, they fixed that bug, then any ship will do i guess.

Before, if you completed a quest then logged off, PSO wouldn't "remember" that you completed it. So, since you need to do a chain of quests to get soul eater, you used to have to do all the quests on the same block without logging off.
Now it doesn't matter.
