I read the description on the Baranz Launcher and it says "charge" and I'm just curious on what that special does. Time to built excitement!

The charge special charges you meseta for a strong attack. So each time you press the special attack button, you will be charged...I think 100-300 meseta each hit you deal to someone.

200 meseta a hit, the baranz launcher also only shoots 4 shots unlike the standard 5 for shotguns, the projectiles also move slower. The charge special is very overpowered.
