can anyone tell me why alot of people are looking for weapons with 0% on all attributes? i thought that having a percentage made it easier to kill things.:-?

AFAIK there is only one user that frequents these forums that collects weapons with 0 percents.

also items with 0's are very significant as items with 0's are guaranteed unfortified. photon fortification can make or break trades as the item loses its customization which to some consumers, is a valuable trait

but generally, the higher the photons, the more damage it does
