Technique disks rarity question

I've got a new question:

What's the rarity of each technique disk (Level 1-15)?

I can't find any information about drop-rates in the database.
Also i don't know which hostile drops which technique.

Level 1 disk: Common
Level 5 disk: Less common
Level 10 disk: Less common than a level 5
Level 15 disk: Rare...but not really.

anything can drop i think this is the drop lvs correct me if i'm wrong

max lv for normal is like lv 1 to 8 tech (i think)
for Hard its lv 1 to 12
SH u get the lv 1 to 15

you can buy resta, anti, zonde, barta and foie from the item shop to lv umm i can't remember bot to hight tho mayb lv 6?

Not really rare. Approximation of tech disk levels found are 1-10 on normal, 1-13 on Hard, 1-15 on Super Hard. I usually pick up too many tech disks of every level on Super Hard, so I suspect that they all have around the same rarity (you'll just as likely pick up a LV 1 tech disk as a LV 15 of the same tech).

I don't know if the tech disk vary by rarity due to what tech is on them (megid/grants being rarer than the support, healing or basic attack techs).

If you think Level 15 disks are rare, don't ever hope to get a level 30 one in PSO.

I think I've found every level 10 except resta grrr... and most of the 15s I have found fairly easily
