It's freeware, so I'd assume so long as nothing's changed it'd be OK. 'sides, it's easy to give them credits. (Wish that zip had a simple Readme though...) *shrugs*

I added all 3 of ragmaster's programs under our general download section. Also made images and linked it under useful tools.
