Weapon Stat Calculator?

I used to use the psutools.com calculator awhile back, but it doesn't seem like it works anymore. Is there another site that has something similar that will let me compare two different weapons at different % to see what does more damage?

Looks like PSUtools is gone. I have seen screenshots of a very advanced calculator but it was in JP. I don't know the link.
